Caculation of distance and azimuth between two points from their IARU Maidenhead QTH Locators.
Notes: Inspired by DJ1YFK's PHP code snippet: Distance and bearing calculation for Maidenhead QTH locators. The calculation assumes a spherical Earth with a size of 111.2 km/degree (which is equivalent to a circumference of 40,032 km resp. a radius of approx. 6371.3 km) as recommended in the IARU-R1 VHF Handbook, Version 9.01 March 2021.
